      $1450.00 per week
      $275.00 per night
   Spring & Fall
      $1400.00 per week

   Extra persons
      $75 per week
      $15 per night

1/3 Deposit is required with your reservation plus a $500.00 security deposit.
All rates subject to State, County and Town Tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is necessary, please notify our office as soon as possible. Your deposit, less 15% cancellation fee, will be refunded if you provide more than 60 days notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice will receive a refund less 15% only if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, your deposit will be kept.
